The upgrade to EchoSystem 5.4 5 is supported from existing 5.4 installations of Service Pack 5 and later. If your EchoSystem has not yet been upgraded to at least EchoSystem 5.4 Service Pack 5 you will need to do so before proceeding with the upgrade to EchoSystem 5.5. Upgrade instructions can be requested from Echo360 Technical Support.
