Device status
Information regarding your devices will be displayed on the Configuration -> Devices tab of your ESS.
Summary | Organization | Type | Capture Status | Log Upload Status | Up Time |

This section will display information regarding your device.
| The Organization to which the device is assigned. | The type of device.
| The current status of your device.
| The current upload status of the device logs.
| The amount of time the device has been online and registered with the ESS. |
Overdue:
For both the Capture Status and the Log Upload Status. This means that the device is not in communication with the ESS.
Error:
Capture Status: this means that the last capture on the device ended in an error. Please note that this status is displayed only for a short time immediately after the capture ends in an Error state.
Log Upload Status: this means that something is preventing the device from uploading logs to the server. Please contact Technical Support.
Idle:
Capture Status: this means that the device is not currently Active or in use.
Log Upload Status: this means that the device is not currently uploading logs.
Active:
Capture Status: this means that the is currently capturing.
Log Upload Status: this means that the device is currently uploading its logs.
N/A:
This means that the device in question is not capable of capturing because it is a Media Processor.
